Accessing WebMail

In addition to setting up local e-mail programs to access your e-mail (via Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.), you can access WebMail, (our web browser e-mail tool available with all our hosting plans), with any modern web browser.

Point your web browser to: http://mail.yourdomain.com

eg., if your domain is "jarwebdesign.com"...

Point your web browser to: http://mail.jarwebdesign.com

Enter your e-mail address as the log-in/user name and password. This is a great feature to check e-mail while you're on the road or if you're experiencing technical difficulties with your local e-mail program.

Please be advised, when using WebMail, you will not have access to your local e-mail program options such as address books, archived mail...nor will mail sent through WebMail be available in your 'sent mail' folder for your local e-mail programs. If you wish to have access to mail received while using WebMail, simply leave the messages as they are (do not delete them), and they will be downloaded as new mail upon your next local e-mail program log-in.
